Android download and installation
The current app instructions describe an Android APK and list Android 6.0 or later. Open the download route from the product interface and check the file before installation. An APK is an Android installation package, not an iPhone application.
If Android requests permission to install a downloaded package, review which app is requesting that permission. Enable only the permission needed for the intended file and return to the normal setting afterwards. Do not install a similarly named file from a random download directory.
- Check the device version and available storage.
- Use the download route displayed in the product.
- Install the intended APK once the download finishes.
- Open the app and sign in to the existing account.
iPhone installation and store availability
The app page describes a separate iOS store process and lists iOS 12.0 or later. The destination, displayed name or icon can differ from Android. Follow the link shown for the device rather than searching for an APK on an iPhone.
A store listing can vary by account region and current availability. An instruction page is not proof that the same listing is downloadable in every country. If the intended listing is not available, the browser version is the practical route to inspect next.
Account access, favourites and mobile navigation
The mobile product includes the account, lobby search, provider filters and game categories. Favourites and recently played titles help users return to a game without searching the entire lobby each time.
Use the existing account details before considering registration. A missing favourite or a changed layout does not establish that funds or transactions have disappeared; inspect the account and transaction history separately.
Updates, notifications and permissions
The app instructions describe update notifications when a new version becomes available. Install updates through the route provided by the application or its store listing, rather than mixing packages from unrelated sources.
Notification permission affects messages about promotions and application activity. It is separate from account registration and does not guarantee a particular bonus. Review the purpose of a permission before enabling it.
When an app does not open or install
Check operating-system version, free storage and whether the download completed. A partial package can fail before installation, while an outdated application can fail after opening. These are different failure points and should be described separately.
If the app opens but rejects a password, use the login recovery process. If it stays on a blank screen, compare with the mobile browser and note whether the connection itself works. Reinstallation may remove local settings, so preserve any useful error information first.
App or mobile website?
The app is useful when a user wants a dedicated icon and device notifications. The mobile website avoids installation and can be opened from the browser, making it useful for checking whether a problem is specific to the application.
Neither route changes the underlying rules for deposits, bonuses or withdrawals. Check the actual account state rather than assuming the app receives faster payments or different verification treatment.
