Verify the App Store listing
Open the mobile app page on the iPhone and follow the iOS action. Confirm app name, publisher, current version and requirements in the store.
A missing listing may reflect region or device compatibility. Do not change the account region without a verified reason.
System version and updates
iOS 12.0 is the current stated minimum, but a later release may increase it. The live store entry is decisive.
Keep storage available and update both system and app before diagnosing access.
The same account
Use the same email and password as in the browser. Update Keychain after a password change.
If AutoFill inserts another address, choose the registered email manually.
Safari alternative
The mobile site works without installation and helps separate an app problem from an account issue.
If Safari works, inspect app version and permissions. If both fail, investigate the account message.
