Approval windows by amount
After KYC, current terms state up to two business days for €499 or less, five for €500-€4,999 and thirty for €5,000-€29,999. €30,000 and above is handled individually.
These are internal review windows. Bank, card or wallet delivery begins only after approval.
Read the current status
Keep the request time, amount, method and visible status. A payment provider cannot confirm delivery while the casino is still reviewing the request.
A document request or ownership check can pause the ordinary timeline until it is resolved.
Common delay causes
Incomplete profile data, a new method, a name mismatch, active bonus requirements or a source-of-funds review can require extra handling.
Do not cancel and recreate a request without knowing the cause, because a new review may begin.
Ask support a precise question
Provide transaction ID, amount, method, request time and current status. Ask whether approval is complete, whether a document is missing and whether the provider has received it.
Never include a password or full payment-card details.
