Registration or existing-account login?
Choose registration only when creating the intended new profile. If an email address may already be registered, use login recovery first.
A forgotten password, a changed brand name or a new phone is not evidence that another account is needed. Duplicate profiles can create a separate ownership or eligibility problem.
Email, password and currency
The visible sign-up workflow includes email, password and currency. Use an email address you can continue to access, and select the account currency deliberately.
Check any promotional-message option separately from the information required to create the account. It should not be confused with activating a deposit bonus.
Complete the profile accurately
Personal details should be consistent with the documents and payment instrument used later. An avoidable mismatch can delay verification or a withdrawal request.
If a field is wrong after registration, use the account support process. Creating another profile does not correct the original account record.
Confirm access before making a payment
Complete any email confirmation shown in the workflow, sign in and check the profile and cashier. Confirm that the chosen currency and account details are correct.
If a welcome offer is intended, inspect its stage and activate it before a qualifying deposit. Registration by itself should not be assumed to activate every promotion.
Prepare for later verification
Keep access to the registered email and use a payment instrument in the same person’s name. Identity and ownership checks can occur before a withdrawal.
Supply documents only through the requested account process and follow the requested format. The relevant question is whether verification is accepted, not merely whether a file was uploaded.
