Contact routes listed by the product
The product lists live chat and support@v.vegas for assistance, with service described as available around the clock. Use the registered email address where possible so the request can be matched to the account.
For complaints, complaints@v.vegas is listed separately. An exact response time should not be assumed simply from the 24/7 service description.
Login and account-access questions
State the registered email, the exact error and whether recovery messages arrive. Explain whether the problem affects the browser, app or both.
For a lost mailbox or an unexpected change to account details, ask for the ownership recovery process. Do not send the account password.
Deposit and withdrawal questions
Include the transaction or request ID, amount, method, time and account status. For a withdrawal, state whether KYC is approved and whether the request is pending or approved.
If money has left a payment instrument but is absent from the account, describe both sides of the transaction. Avoid sending full payment credentials or security codes.
Bonus and game-round questions
For slow bonus progress, provide the offer name, game title and relevant stake details. Contribution rules can explain a difference between total stakes and qualifying wagering.
For an interrupted round, record the title, provider, table or round reference and approximate time. Ask support to reconcile the recorded result with what was visible on screen.
Escalate with a clear event record
Keep earlier correspondence, references and the unresolved question together. A complaint is easier to assess when it identifies what happened, when it happened, what status is currently shown and which explanation is still missing.
Do not repeatedly open unrelated tickets containing different versions of the same event. Continue the existing reference when possible.
