Read the market before confirming the slip
Check the event, selected outcome, market period and price before submission. A full-match market and a first-half market are different even when the team names match.
Confirm the stake and total return calculation shown on the slip. The displayed selection is not a placed bet until the account confirms acceptance.
Pre-match, live and changing prices
A live price can change while a selection is being confirmed. A suspended market can stop accepting bets even if the event continues.
Inspect any acceptance or price-change message rather than relying on a number seen earlier. The bet history establishes what was actually accepted.
How cashout works
The published rules describe cashout as an option offered for an eligible existing bet. The available amount is displayed in the relevant bet details and can change independently for each bet.
Availability is conditional. Market status, technical problems, event information or other rules can make the option unavailable. An earlier cashout quote is not a promise that the same amount can be accepted later.
Settlement, cancellation and disputed results
A result shown in a live score panel is not itself the settlement record. Inspect the account history and the rule for the specific market if a bet is voided, recalculated or left unsettled.
For an investigation, provide the bet ID, event, market and the expected versus recorded outcome. Keep the discussion attached to the actual selection.
Sports offers are separate from casino bonuses
A casino welcome package should not be assumed to apply to a sports bet. Sports promotions can have different qualifying markets, odds and settlement requirements.
The presence of a sports section also does not establish access in every location. Inspect the actual account and product eligibility before treating a general English page as a country-specific offer.
